BLURB:

Daisy had no idea what was in store for her when she uncovered the priceless reward concealed in a miscellaneous bottle; a super sexy genie that would pull the rugs below her feet. Khalil Muwahid, the genie owed Daisy his gratitude for freeing him from the trap. He generously asked her for three wishes without holding any grudges against her. Gradually there was a strong connection between them, the bond of love. Also, the rules of Djinn world were amended for their love, where Daisy wasn’t supposed to ask for the third wish since they could be together, everlastingly. BUT on the horns of Dilemma, Darren, Daisy’s best friend’s life was at threat. Does she use the last wish to save Darren? Or does she save her love?

About The Story:
When Daisy’s grandmother left this world, she gave something amazing to her. It was a genie. Khalil Muwahid, the genie was trapped by her grandma. There was a condition to free the genie from the trap. If Daisy asks three wishes to genie, then he would return to his world after completing her wishes. This genie was totally different from Alladin’s genie. Khalil was like a handsome guy better than other man for Daisy. She likes his physique and aroma of his body. She was missing her grandma but after knowing all these things she asked her first wish to go to the genie world. Khalil took her there. As she spent sometimes with him, she started falling in love with Khalil. Gradually, there was a strong connection between them. Darren was the best friend and colleagues of Daisy. Darren also loves Daisy but never asked for her love in return. When Daisy told him about the genie, he was happy for her. Daisy’s mother didn’t live with her. What happens next? What was her second and third wish? Does she use the last wish to save Darren? Or does she save her love? I’ll not tell you everything but one thing is sure that you’ll enjoy reading this awesome fantasy fiction.

My Review:
For me, the best part of this book is detailed and beautiful narration and description of every events and characters. An unique plot with some suspenses, twists and spiced with romance makes it a perfect read. The author has been successful in keeping readers engadged till the end. The bond between Daisy and Khalil is perfect. The friendship between Darren and Daisy teaches us many things. The storytelling of the author is superb. Cover is good but it could be better than this as per the story. The title is pretty good. Overall, Once Upon is full of magic, love, pain and friendship. You’ll enjoy some moments with Daisy and sometimes you’ll think with her. I like the ending. At climax, it excites us and the author has ended it nicely. We also need drifting power given by genie to Daisy and Darren to travel all over the world. At the end, it is written that IT’S NOT… THE END! So, I’ll wait for the sequel in near future.
